"Just right ❤️ Italian prix fixe dinner. The fact that everyone is so indecisive is proof of how appealing the menu is. Definitely a hit with women!! 5 minutes from Ningyocho Station, 3 minutes from Suitengu-mae Station, along a street one block back from the main road. The exterior has a lovely atmosphere and was easy to find. I thought the restaurant was on the first floor, but it's actually on the second floor. The first floor sells fresh pasta, prosciutto, olive oil, and other ingredients used in the restaurant. We went up the spiral staircase to the second floor... The space is bright and warm, with pink chairs, white tablecloths, and cream-colored walls, creating a cute and feminine atmosphere. There were also private rooms. This time, four of us had a gourmet girls' night out after a long time. ◆ Prix fixe course ¥6,600 【Amuse】 【Anti pasto】 【Primo Piatto】 【Second Piatto】 【Dolce】 【Final drink】 ■ 15-year aged Taiwanese premium oolong tea by Madame Tzen (Additional charge depending on the menu) We wanted to chat and couldn't decide on the menu, so it took a while (laughs). That's how appealing the menu is. 7 appetizers 5 pasta dishes 4 main courses 5 desserts The appetizers were particularly difficult to choose from. Drinks ◆ 3-wine pairing ¥4,400 (Champagne for a toast is ¥1,870, so it's a great deal ❤️) We could choose freely, but we told the staff our preferences and had their recommendations. Champagne → White → Red Bottles were not shown f(^ー^;) ~My chosen menu~ ・Freshly sliced French prosciutto, melon & buffalo mozzarella cheese ・Basil and Parmesan cheese arrabbiata spaghetti ・Wagyu sirloin charcoal-grilled bistecca (+¥2,200) ・Domestic blueberry tart and milk gelato Only I had the pairing (laughs). They were accommodating with these kinds of detailed requests, which was very appreciated. Now... First, the amuse, a small cup of cold corn espresso. Sweet, sweet, and delicious. Then, the appetizer I struggled with (laughs). I thought the prosciutto was a specialty, so I chose prosciutto and my favorite melon. The prosciutto was quite a lot and thick. The melon was perfectly ripe and sweet, and there was melon fruit tree soup at the bottom of the plate. The chewy cheese wasn't very assertive, and the sweetness and saltiness created a wonderfully balanced appetizer. It paired perfectly with the champagne ❤️ The pasta was as expected. It was fresh pasta, but I actually liked that it didn't taste like fresh pasta. It had quite a bit of chili pepper and was spicy and delicious. Now, now, the meat I was looking forward to ❤️ It was served, and wow!ヾ(o≧∀≦o)ノ゙ It looked delicious. When I cut into it, the meat, which was cooked to perfection, released a rich, savory juice. One bite... wow, this is incredibly delicious ✨️✨️✨️ The flavor of the meat was so good, and the simple salt and wasabi were the perfect match. Adding ¥2,200 to the ¥6,600 course might be a splurge, but it was definitely worth it. I recommend it. Everyone loved the parfaits for dessert. I had melon for the appetizer, and I had peaches for lunch, so I chose the blueberry tart (laughs). It was not too sweet. And then, the tea served at the end of the course... 【Final drink】 15-year aged Taiwanese premium oolong tea by Madame Tzen This was incredibly delicious. It was being sold for around ¥3,000 at the shop downstairs, so I wish I had bought some now (laughs). It was so good, I definitely want to go back. The atmosphere is perfect for girls' nights out, dates, or birthday parties. Thank you for the meal."

"Located in Koamimachi, Nihonbashi, "Congusto" is a Spanish restaurant that has been recognized as one of the "Tabelog 100 Best Restaurants" in 2024. The chef honed his skills at renowned establishments like "Suriola" in Ginza (two Michelin stars) and "anchoa" in Kamakura. The restaurant is run by the chef alone. The menu features a fixed course only, priced at ¥8,800 for 10 dishes, offering exceptional value for money. The course begins with a selection of tapas, including coca (a Catalan flatbread) and pinchos (skewers), followed by paella, and concludes with Basque cheesecake. "Congusto" also features the signature "Piki-jo" dish from "anchoa." This unique dish features a filling of Kumamoto horse meat, the chef's hometown, which is incredibly tender and almost paste-like in texture. The horse meat pairs perfectly with the horse meat consommé sauce. Tonight's paella was a delightful combination of seafood broth and squid ink. A truly satisfying experience."
