I became a fan of this bakery after trying their bread for the first time at the Toranomon Hills store. It's so delicious! I found out they have a store in Isetan too, and I buy their bread every time I go. My favorites are the Edamame and Corn Fromage Baton and the Anchovy and Olive Fromage Baton! The bread itself is delicious, and the ingredients are a perfect match. I highly recommend it. The edamame one is sometimes sold out, so it must be popular... I tried the new? Sacri Sour Cream for the first time. The bread is firm, but it was delicious. The white paper bag they wrap the bread in and the paid plastic bags are also cute.

This bakery is located on the first basement floor of Shinjuku Isetan. There are so many delicious-looking bakeries that it's hard to choose. This time, I bought some pastries from this bakery to take home. ★Croissant - ¥330 ★Chocolatiso - ¥360 ★Kouign Amann - ¥380 I took these three items home and tried them right away. The croissant had a very interesting shape, looking like a shrimp. The surface was very shiny and oily, and it was crispy and delicious. The Chocolatiso had a chocolate bar inside, which was sweet and delicious. The Kouign Amann was very sweet, with a crispy exterior and a satisfying texture. The balance of flavors was perfect. They accepted various cashless payments. Thank you for the delicious meal!

RITUEL at Isetan Shinjuku I felt like this bakery was the most popular among the many in the department store. ☑ Carrot Cake No frosting, but it was packed with ingredients and had a nice spice level. ☑ Saculin Alapistache Crispy! The pistachio flavor was a bit subtle... I want to try other types too! ♡ I also want to visit the cafe ♪

The basement floor of Shinjuku Isetan is home to a plethora of bakeries, making it easy to get lost in a sea of delicious options. On this particular day, I was drawn to RITUEL, easily recognizable by its vibrant blue storefront. I ended up purchasing the RITUEL Croissant (¥292) and a Meat Pie (¥346). Despite being displayed in a showcase, the sheer variety of pastries on offer was overwhelming. For those seeking savory options, there are also tartines and quiches, which are definitely worth checking out. The croissant had an unusual shape, more akin to a ribbon than a crescent moon. This resulted in a less pronounced center, leading to a delightfully crispy texture. If you're a fan of flaky croissants, this unique shape is a welcome change. The meat pie also boasted a wonderfully crisp crust. I enjoyed it about 30 minutes after purchase (without reheating), and the satisfying crunch was a delight. As expected, RITUEL delivered on its reputation for quality.

While on the pricier side, the bread here is delicious and carefully curated, not overpriced. They mainly offer hard-style breads, but also have options like milk bread. The fact that you can buy bread quickly after lining up is a big plus. On a weekend, around 1 p.m., there were two groups of customers ahead of me, and a steady stream of customers coming in after me. This bakery has a system where you ask the staff for the bread you want, so the waiting time seems to depend on the number of staff members. 【What I ate】 Shokupan (Milk Bread) ¥500 Orange Campagne (1/2) ¥440 Noix et Figues (Walnut and Fig) ¥680 The flavors are classic and delicious. The prices are reasonable considering the location. Thank you for the meal!★
