The Grand Kitchen at the Palace Hotel Tokyo is a restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of dishes in a sophisticated atmosphere. The interior is spacious and open, yet it offers a calming ambiance. The staff's service is incredibly attentive, making for a pleasant experience. The wine is surprisingly affordable, which is a plus. The jamón serrano was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the fish dish.
Michelin Key Hotel Selection, Highest Rating 3 The Plant-Based Burger from the Grand Kitchen at the Palace Hotel was exceptional. The homemade plant-based meat made from tofu had a surprisingly fluffy texture. The melted #SoyMilkCheese on top added a milky flavor, making it a truly well-crafted dish. I enjoyed the Express Lunch, a three-course prix fixe menu, during business hours. The high-protein Caesar salad paired perfectly with the gourmet burger, making for a satisfying and healthy meal. The second option (pictured from the 7th image onwards) is for those who prefer a more substantial meal. It features a "Domestic Beef Original Hamburger" as the main course. With a fried egg, cheddar, bacon, and fries, this option is equally appealing, offering high-quality ingredients and a satisfyingly full experience. The same dining establishment also received the "Best of Award of Excellence" from the prestigious American wine magazine "Wine Spectator" in 2024. Even though it's an express course, the welcome sparkling wine includes the De Bortoli Rose, a favorite in airline lounges. This is a highly recommended hotel lunch with excellent value for money.
I visited for lunch on Saturday ♡ The restaurant has a very open and bright atmosphere, with spacious seating and excellent service from the staff. (^^) Weekend Grand Kitchen Lunch ¥5500 ⭐︎Grilled Corn Tiramisu Salé, Sea Urchin, Curry Oil ⭐︎Original Plant-Based Meat Burger Garden ⭐︎Dessert ☆ Coffee The appetizer selection includes two choices, and the main course for the day can be chosen from meat, fish, meat burger, pasta, or risotto. Everything was delicious. This is a wonderful restaurant that I would definitely visit again, for both lunch and dinner. (^^)
This was my first visit. I was immediately impressed by the open, sophisticated, and high-quality space, as well as the staff's exceptional hospitality. The food was delicious, especially the mango shaved ice, which was absolutely heavenly. It was a luxurious parfait with generous chunks of mango. I will definitely be back!
Even though it was a scorching hot day, we were able to enjoy a comfortable lunch on the terrace. The service and attentiveness were truly top-notch, as expected from a hotel. The restaurant was packed on a weekend afternoon, but the terrace had some open tables, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meal. The food was decent. The atmosphere was fantastic, making this a definite repeat visit!
