I was introduced to Aman's sweets through a gift. I thought, "Of course Aman's sweets are delicious!" and ate them. They were delicious. The tiramisu had a very refined flavor, and the alcohol that you often smell was completely absent. The cream puff was topped with a hat-like pastry, and I scooped out the cream to eat it. Delicious. The meringue dessert was crispy and crumbly. Aman's sweets are definitely delicious.

I recently bought some sweets from Aman to give to a friend for their birthday, and they told me they were delicious. This time, I ordered a Sicilian and a custard pudding. The Sicilian is a Sicilian pistachio mousse with strawberry and raspberry jelly, and it's a luxurious cake that lets you enjoy the berries and pistachios while savoring the texture of the chopped pistachios. The custard pudding also had a perfect balance of bitterness and whipped cream. It was a sophisticated pudding that kept me interested until the very last bite. I'm curious about the other kinds of sweets, so I'll definitely go back again!

A cake shop located in the Aman, Otemachi. While you can eat in, it's quite simple, so it's not a place for a leisurely, elegant experience like a hotel. The cakes are relatively good value for money and you can enjoy them quickly. The melon shortcake was delicious.

Located on the B2 floor of the OOTEMORI commercial complex, it's situated behind the escalator visible from the passageway connecting the Tozai and Marunouchi lines at Otemachi Station. It's directly operated by the luxury hotel "Aman" on the upper floors, and while prices are on the higher side, they offer bread, cakes, and baked goods of exceptional quality. Bread is fully stocked by 7 am, making it particularly convenient for those commuting to work. They also sell drinks and have an eat-in space!

I arrived too early in the morning, so they didn't have any cakes yet. Apparently, they start selling cakes at 10 am. Instead, I bought a croissant, a financier, and a chocolate drink. The croissant was a bit dry and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a flaky, crispy pastry. The financier was a chocolate version, which I enjoyed, but it wasn't anything extraordinary for the journey here. The chocolate drink was amazing! It wasn't bitter, but it wasn't overly sweet either, it was refreshing. This was the first time I've had a chocolate drink that was both unsweetened and refreshing, perfect for summer! ^_^ The service was incredibly polite. There's no seating in the shop, so you have to use chairs nearby, which makes it a bit inconvenient for cafe use. I'll definitely try the cakes again!
