◎Visit 9th Time: October 2024 • Added photos (4) • Chestnut bread @ ¥800 (tax included) (photo shows half) • Bean bread @ ¥280 (tax included) ... ◎Visit 4th Time: April 2024 • Added photos (2) • Café Noir @ ¥560 (tax included) • Accent Vert @ ¥560 (tax included) ◎Visit 3rd Time: February 2024 This bakery has delicious hard-style breads. The Roppongi branch has a bit of a line, but this Shibuya branch is a hidden gem. I was grateful to be able to purchase without waiting this time. The limited-time "Houjicha Daiguan" features a gentle sweetness with a mix of red beans and white chocolate, with a refreshing yuzu accent. It wasn't just sweet, but the clean aftertaste was delicious. ◎Visit 2nd Time: August 2023 ◎Visit 1st Time: July 2023

The first bite was incredibly delicious, and I knew I had to recommend it to someone, so I took a picture first. Excuse the half-eaten sandwich (laughs). It was a pulled pork sandwich. The rillette had a celery flavor, and I could taste the braised, melting onions, along with the added cornichons, tomatoes, and lettuce. It was a truly amazing sandwich. The farmer's bread, which was popular according to reviews, had a sweetness to the dough itself, which wasn't my preference. The bread was chewy and flavorful. It was delicious eaten plain or lightly toasted! The most popular item is the croissant, but I wasn't in the mood for it with the recent heatwave. I'll have to try the croissant when the weather cools down. 😊

I recently visited "Bricolage Bread," a very popular bakery in Roppongi, which has a location in the "Shibuya Tokyu Food Show" in the basement of Shibuya Station. My favorite is the "Nōmin Pan" (Farmer's Bread). ❤︎ It looks hard at first glance, but it's actually very fluffy, even the crust, and has a rich wheat aroma. Many delicious restaurants in Tokyo use Bricolage's bread as baguettes, and it's a bakery loved by people in the food industry. ◼︎ What I ordered - Nōmin Pan - Cool Chocolate ******** Please follow me on Instagram ❤︎ Yoko Kawamura (@yoko_kawamura_)

A branch bakery of a hundred famous stores located in the basement of Shibuya Station. 【Visit】 Weekday 17:30 【Order】 ■ Pain au raisin (¥420) ■ Fruits (¥560) ■ Pain au raisin Rich custard cream with two types of rum raisins. The dough is light and fluffy. The custard is rich but not too sweet, like a pudding. The sweet raisins are a nice accent. ■ Fruits Walnuts, raisins, currants, figs, and orange peel. It's a hearty bread with lots of ingredients, and it's heavy when you hold it. The chewy, dense texture of the bread is complemented by the crunchy nuts. It's so delicious that you just want to keep eating it! I was worried that there might not be many choices in the evening since it's in Shibuya Chika, but I was happy to find that there were still a lot to choose from. I'll definitely be back!✨

I discovered this bakery at the Shibuya Food Show. It's primarily a bakery, with a separate register for other items. I think it's originally from Roppongi. The bagels are small, with the plain one costing 280 yen. There aren't many varieties, but I wanted to try them, so I bought plain, sesame, and poppy seed. They look like they might be hard, but we'll see. I'll add more after I try them.
