I love croissants and always choose them if they're available. I haven't had a freshly baked one from this place, but I can imagine the delicious harmony of a crispy exterior and a chewy interior if it were. Even though I had it later in the evening, it was still within an acceptable range of deliciousness. I thought it was a croissant that truly allowed you to taste the ingredients. The flaky croissant, with its slightly sweet taste and texture, wasn't my preference. The an-butter sandwich and the white, chewy bread made with similar dough were both soft and chewy, and they were still delicious the next day. Overall, I thought this was a shop with a good balance of price and taste.

Bite-sized Mini Kouign Amann I visited "BOUL'ANGE Shibuya Tokyu Food Show", a 4-minute walk from Shibuya Station. I arrived a little after 7 PM on a weekday and there was no wait. I was able to check out smoothly. I purchased a box of 4 mini kouign amann for 378 yen. The kouign amann had a sweet caramel exterior and a crispy, flaky texture that was delicious. I enjoyed it all the way to the end.

First visit! I came to Shibuya. I've been wanting to try this bakery for a while now. I've been a regular at the cake shop in this food court, but recently, croissants have been my thing, and this place is known for its croissants, so it was great. I ate it right away when I got home. It was pretty good. It wasn't mind-blowing, though. The price was reasonable. Thanks for the meal.

This bakery is located on the first floor of the Tokyu Food Show, just a 2-minute walk from Shibuya Station. They have a wide selection of sweet breads, and during my visit, they were having a chocolate fair, offering nearly 10 different chocolate breads and pastries. I purchased the following three items: * Lasagna Croque Monsieur (¥560) * Chocolate Croissant with Banana Almond (¥450) * Raspberry Croissant (¥340) **Lasagna Croque Monsieur (¥560)** This dish is like a meal in itself, with croissant dough filled with meat sauce, short pasta, and topped with cheese. It feels like you're eating pasta, and it's very satisfying. **Chocolate Croissant with Banana Almond (¥450)** This croissant is made with cocoa-infused dough, fresh banana, and almond cream – it sounds delicious even before you take a bite. It's a perfect combination for those with a sweet tooth, and the banana inside is especially tasty. **Raspberry Croissant (¥340)** This croissant is beautiful with its layered raspberry colors. The dough is more on the soft side than crispy. It has white chocolate in the center to add sweetness. I was very satisfied with the sweet breads. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The Tokyu Food Show at Shibuya Station. Croissants. I use it for takeout. Crispy texture. Buttery flavor. Delicious croissants with many varieties.
