We visited for lunch with our family. Reservations are required in advance. It's very popular, so it's best to make a reservation early. We tried the red vinegar rice for the first time, and it was a big hit with the family. All the ingredients in the omakase course were delicious. We finished with two types of uni, which brought our enjoyment and satisfaction to a peak. The staff were very kind and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. This is a truly exceptional restaurant that we will definitely visit again.

Overall, the food is consistently good. However, there are no dishes that are particularly surprising or exceptional. The omakase course does not include paired drinks. If you order sake, they will let you choose from a selection of cute sake cups. Also, the fish types are labeled in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which is great for foreign guests.

Enjoy a delightful time with the sushi chef, who is full of service spirit. Every piece of sushi is flawless and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the side-by-side comparison of the purple sea urchin and the bafun sea urchin. The bafun was sweet and rich, a definite win. The purple sea urchin, which I had tried elsewhere before and found a bit weak, was surprisingly rich and creamy here, with a sweetness that wasn't overpowering. The mackerel and sardine were also among the best I've ever had. I will definitely be back for more.

I recently visited the famous Onodera for lunch! The 10,000 yen course was more than enough to fill me up. The uni and button shrimp were quite delicious. Honestly, the tuna was a bit watery and had a fishy smell. The marinated tuna could use some work in terms of the balance with the rice. The service felt a bit touristy overall.

We dined here. Not only was the sushi excellent, but the dessert was also delicious and made for a memorable evening! The staff was incredibly attentive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our sushi without worry. The highlight was the shrimp, which they showed us before even cooking. The miso between the rice and the shrimp was incredibly sweet and rich, the best I've ever had. There were also English-speaking chefs, so tourists can enjoy their meal with peace of mind!
