We had a celebratory lunch with family (6 adults [40-70s] and 3 children [3-6 years old]) on a Saturday in early July 2024. We were able to reserve a private room about 20 days in advance. We pre-ordered the Crystal set menu (¥7,700), and the children ordered à la carte on the day. I've been to several Chinese restaurants, and they all offer exceptional food and service. This is my top choice for Chinese cuisine in recent years. Everyone I've brought here has been satisfied. Over 30 years ago, we went on a family trip to China. As we reminisced about the Peking duck we had there, I was grateful to be able to share a joyful meal with my parents, who are now in their 60s, and our growing family. This was my first visit to the Palace Hotel, and I was impressed by its overall calm and sophisticated atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to trying another one of their restaurants. Thank you for the delicious meal.
A top-tier Chinese restaurant located in the renowned Palace Hotel, known for its exceptional quality. I usually go to Furika, but this time I was staying at the Palace Hotel and decided to visit without a reservation. I was lucky to get a table at a slightly later time. Reservations are generally required for Chinese restaurants. This was actually my second choice for the evening, but I was completely satisfied. Chinese restaurants are the best! ^^
I finally got to go after wanting to for so long! I ordered: - Appetizer Platter - Classic Peking Duck - Braised Shark Fin in a Clay Pot - Sweet and Sour Pork - Mapo Tofu Drinks: - 10-year aged Shaoxing Wine The Mapo Tofu was Cantonese style, but I asked for it to be spicy. The appetizer platter, Peking duck, and shark fin are absolute must-orders! They were consistently delicious. I was thinking about ending there, but the Shaoxing wine was so refreshing and tasty that I couldn't resist ordering it. This time I ordered a la carte, so it ended up being a bit pricey, but it's always good to be able to eat what you want.
Hupo Palace, a Chinese restaurant listed as a one-star restaurant in the "Michelin Guide Tokyo 2022." I was particularly impressed by the Peking duck. It was the best Peking duck I've ever had, far surpassing any I've tried before. I enjoyed the Crystal Course in the stylish and serene atmosphere of the restaurant. The radish cake in the dim sum set was chewy and satisfying, and I really enjoyed it. A Chinese restaurant located within the Palace Hotel 🥠. The interior exudes luxury, and the service is impeccable. We were seated in a private room-like space at the back, with a window wall offering breathtaking views of the Marunouchi skyline ✨. Everything was delicious, but the Peking duck was truly exceptional - a delightful experience. After finishing the steamed Shanghai crab, the waiter thoughtfully poured a bit of Shaoxing wine into the shell! Thank you for the birthday celebration and the special plate. It was a truly happy birthday.
