I had lunch here. The food was exquisite, with delicate aromas and a variety of flavors. Personally, I was completely smitten with the trout confit served with the cavatelli. The service was incredibly attentive, making for a very comfortable experience. The stylish design of the space also contributed to a truly wonderful time. This time I drove, and it seems there's a 3,000 yen charge for valet parking. I assumed valet parking was the only option, but it appears you can also park your own car. The service charge is added to your restaurant bill. (It's so confusing remembering which hotels in Tokyo charge a service fee and which don't.) There was no parking fee. After our meal, we went down to the first floor and they had already brought our car around to the front of the entrance. It was a truly elegant experience from start to finish. (I wonder if that's because we used valet parking...?) We were also given a bottle of AMAN's original mineral water, which made me feel like I got a little bonus.
The day I visited was for a family celebration. I was a little nervous about the formality, but the staff were friendly and escorted us with care. I know there are different opinions, but the food was delicate and extremely simple, unlike anything I've ever tasted before. It was undoubtedly a dish that allowed you to savor the flavor of the ingredients. With each bite, I heard a high-pitched "Hmm!" from my family, and it was a perfect fit for the celebratory occasion. When we decided on the menu, we were concerned that four courses, including dessert, might not be enough for the men, but there were also soups and other dishes not on the menu, which made it visually and stomach-satisfying. Since I don't like ricotta cheese, they prepared a different dessert for me. While it's not cheap for lunch, I felt that the delicate Italian cuisine in that setting was worth the price.
We went for lunch on a special occasion ☺️. The food, atmosphere, and service were all fantastic, making it a wonderful day! The menu likely changes seasonally, but the zucchini sauce pasta was innovative and incredibly delicious 🥒.
A delicious Italian restaurant🍝 located inside Aman Tokyo. The atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious, but the Valley Farm juice is also very good. The fagottini I had for the first time in a long time was especially delicious. I've been here several times, but I hardly hear any Japanese, so it definitely has an inbound feel.
I went to this restaurant using a gift certificate I received. It was a luxurious lunch! I had the 'Nature' course, and everything was delicious. I wanted to have more drinks, but it was too expensive for someone like me, so I stopped after two. Thank you for considering my allergies and dislikes. I want to come back and enjoy this luxury with my own money someday. Thank you to the handsome waiter for chatting with me!
