This seems to be a popular establishment known for its extensive selection of herbal liqueurs. I tried their Daiquiri and Martini, and while they used different spirits than the traditional versions, the aromas were completely different. Despite this, the drinks were crafted with exquisite balance while still adhering to their respective styles, which is what makes them so appealing. The herbal aromas, in particular, were subtle and expansive, offering a new discovery with each sip. It was a truly profound experience that left me wanting to return. Next time, I'll be sure to try some of their other herbal liqueurs.
It seems like reservations are taken in two-hour blocks starting at 7 PM. Otherwise, you can only drink during walk-in hours when there's availability. The atmosphere, the staff's kindness, and the drinks were all great. I definitely want to go back again and again!
This is the first time I've had such a delicious and easy-to-drink sake. I don't usually drink sake, but I want to go back! However, I was the first in line downstairs 20 minutes before opening, and I was the first in line at the door on the 9th floor 5 minutes before opening. But a goateed, bald-headed staff member completely ignored me! He didn't even make eye contact and let the customers behind me in first. I told him, "I have a reservation!" and he said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I'll let you in now." Then, customers who came later, including a couple, were let in first, and even though I was let in later, there was no explanation for why I was put on hold. It was an unpleasant start. I don't know what I did wrong! It's pointless to come early if the staff can change the order based on their mood! If they thought I didn't have a reservation, they should have apologized properly. I was left feeling terrible after being brushed off. Everything else would have been perfect, but this was a real disappointment. I hope I get a different staff member next time! It turned out that the staff member who served me was the same one, and honestly, I felt terrible until I got drunk after my second drink! I took the time to make a reservation, and I had high expectations after seeing it on "Crazy Journey." It was a disappointment. The sake is delicious. If you go to the 9th floor early, it's cramped and there's not much space to wait, so I recommend going up at a good time. The sake is served in the order you enter, so the earlier you go, the more you can drink. It all depends on the staff! I had several refills and even had some made with more expensive sake! It cost a little over 20,000 yen for about 4 drinks per person. It was so delicious that it seemed cheap. I'm looking forward to going back. I wanted to give it more stars, but I was so upset until I got drunk that I was drinking the sake with a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't really enjoy it until my third drink. The sake is made with carefully selected ingredients, but if the staff isn't properly trained, even delicious sake can be ruined. Atmosphere is important. By the way, the atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic.
Benfiddich is not only a place with delicious drinks, but also a bar with amazing music curated by Mr. Shika Yama. Every cocktail is like a work of art. It's the best bar in Tokyo. Benfiddich is definitely my favorite bar in Japan ❤︎
It's been over half a year since I first wanted to visit, and finally, I came here with my colleagues! To put it mildly, it was amazing! I had an experience that I could only have here. It was a feast for all five senses. I want to come here once a month. Thank you so much for today.
