I bought some bread from a small bakery that has been in business for a long time and had lunch at a nearby park. The cream bun was filled with homemade custard cream. The curry bun had a simple, gentle spice that even felt sweet. And the baked piroshki was packed with ingredients. Inside, there was plenty of ground meat, shiitake mushrooms, cellophane noodles, dried shrimp, scallions, ginger, and garlic. The mayonnaise topping added to the satisfying experience. Even so, the gentle deliciousness of everything is what makes this a beloved local bakery. Cream bun (¥185) Curry bun (¥258) Baked piroshki (¥258)
A beloved bakery in town. It doesn't feel mass-produced, the careful, handmade quality is great. The curry bread is my favorite, the curry inside is delicious!
A beloved bakery in Sakuragaoka, Shibuya, cherished for half a century. The store, with its historic Western-style facade, sits on a back street in Sakuragaoka, Shibuya Ward. I was drawn in like a moth to a flame. The bakery offers a wide selection of baked goods, including: * Sweet breads * Savory breads * Sandwiches * Cakes * Pound cakes * Baked goods * Cookies * Chocolate The selection is comprehensive. The Tuna Salad Chikuwa, Three-Mushroom Club, and Chocolate Bar Bread are just a few examples of the delicious treats that live up to expectations.
📍 Tokyo🗼 Shibuya / Bakery🥐 / Takeout Only 🍽️: A classic bakery. The flavors and variety are exactly what you'd expect from a traditional bakery. The prices are also very reasonable, so if you're looking for a better option than convenience store bread, this is the place to go. 👀: Simple bread. I love how they wrap it in Saran Wrap. 🚉: Within 10 minutes of Shibuya Station, on the Sakuragaoka side.
A cozy bakery with handmade bread that warms your heart! The prices are reasonable, and the savory bread is generous in size. I always pick some up when I'm in Shibuya. My husband loves the menchi katsu bread, while I'm partial to the cinnamon fried bread and the corn beef bread. I'll definitely be back!
