A cafe located about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station. It has plenty of greenery, an open atmosphere, and a terrace, making it a great spot for working on your laptop or relaxing with friends. I personally loved the vibe. โ๏ธ๐ฟ The food menu looked delicious, and I ordered the crumble tart this time. The outer cookie crust was crunchy, while the inside was moist. The blueberry (I think?) sauce wasn't too sweet and I could have easily eaten more. ๐ซ I had the almond milk matcha latte. The latte art was adorable! ๐ท The matcha flavor was strong, with a nice balance of sweetness, bitterness, and astringency. ๐ It's a bit far from the station, so getting there can be a bit tricky, but the atmosphere is so good that I definitely want to go back.๐ซถ๐ป Thank you! ๐ It was delicious! ๐๐ป
We stopped in for a light meal before an evening performance at Sakura Hall. You choose your seat and then order at the counter. Since many people, like us, were there before a performance, the staff was very helpful in suggesting quick menu options. I had the chicken cream stew, which came with three slices of French bread. The cream sauce had a nice kick of mustard and black pepper, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. It paired well with the thin French bread. The iced tea came in a pot and was poured over a glass full of ice. It was a very fragrant Earl Grey. The terrace seating also had a nice ambiance. I would definitely come back again.
This is the place where I saw the tiramisu with the square, thin chocolate sandwiched between layers on Instagram. This time, I went there with my colleagues as a candidate for a Shibuya cafe we were looking for. It's located near the JR and Keio lines in Shibuya Station. The tiramisu had a melting cream and a slightly bitter taste, with a thin chocolate sheet as an accent. The bitterness was subtle and it had a slightly sweet impression. It went well with the peach rosehip tea. The canelรฉ had a slightly crispy exterior and a chewy interior. I prefer a firmer texture, so my impression was just okay. โ Crowdedness and Atmosphere โ It was around 2:30 PM on a weekend and there were about 4 groups in front of us. We were able to get in after about 15 minutes. There are a moderate number of seats, and the seating is limited to 2 hours, so you might have to wait if you're unlucky with the timing. There's a lot of greenery, and the terrace seats look nice too. Thank you for the meal!
This cafe is a place I often drop by for breakfast. โ๏ธ It's about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station. The terrace seating is open and airy, and they have light meals like donuts and scones, making it a great spot for chatting with friends or casual meetings. It's also nice that they offer decaf coffee.
I arrived at 3 PM on Sunday and had to wait about 45 minutes. If you can make a reservation, it's recommended. Otherwise, they give out numbered tickets, so you can grab one and wander around. I tried their limited-edition spicy coffee, and it was impressive. I really loved the coffee. The cheese was delicious. The chocolate-based items were a bit on the lighter side.
