The service is excellent, the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the view is amazing. There's nothing to complain about. For lunch, if you arrive after 1:00 PM, they offer a small dessert service.

The pasta lunch set comes with salad and a drink for 1050 yen. The location is also great.

This cafe seems to be popular among Sankei Shimbun employees for meetings. There's a designated smoking and non-smoking area, but the space between them still has a bit of a smell. The coffee is a good deal at 500 yen and they offer refills.
