While it's a bit pricey at ¥1700 for a burger and nuggets, this egg burger is undeniably delicious. Half the customers are foreigners, and enjoying a burger on the terrace evokes a sense of elegant time reminiscent of being abroad. It's a good thing it's not greasy like a Shogun burger. It's quite filling, so you could even share one between two people.

I visited on a weekday at 10:30 am in October 2024. This burger shop was a favorite of mine when I lived in LA, and I was thrilled to find out it had opened in Japan. The same deliciousness I remembered from back then, with the addition of a Tokyo-exclusive menu. It even had scallions! I love the scrambled eggs and the brioche buns. There were about five people in line, and it took about 20 minutes from ordering to receiving my food, so it's best to go when you have some time. The Route 20 Hash Browns Set + Cold Brew was ¥2,235.

A cafe located next to the Busta Shinjuku bus terminal. Right upon entering, you'll be greeted by a row of freshly baked breads! There are many unique and delicious-looking breads. The interior isn't very spacious and there aren't many seats (but there are terrace seats). The clientele seems to be mostly foreigners. I ordered the popular egg burger. It was packed with creamy scrambled eggs and had a buttery flavor that was delicious.

It was more delicious than I expected. The bread was especially soft and I think it's the best part.
