Just outside the ticket gates of Otemachi Station on the Tozai Line, you'll find the Marunouchi Eiga Building (iiyo!!), which houses a food court on its B1 floor. This area is bustling with office workers from Marunouchi during weekdays. One of the restaurants here is BOSSO. This popular Italian restaurant offers pasta and pizza for lunch. The menu seems to change daily, but on this particular day, there were two pasta options, three pizzas, and one rice bowl. Prices ranged from ¥1,300 to ¥1,500. While it might seem a bit pricey at first, the inclusion of a salad and a drink bar makes it reasonable. I opted for the autumn vegetable tomato sauce spaghetti. Now, for the taste: It was quite delicious. The thin pasta was coated in a flavorful tomato sauce with a strong garlic kick. The addition of chunky eggplant and meat enhanced the taste. It was a satisfying and quick lunch for one. While it doesn't have a luxurious feel, it's a great option for casual lunches with friends, colleagues, or even solo dining. ▽--------------------------▽ ○Restaurant Name: PIZZERIA E BAR BOSSO Marunouchi ○Tabelog Rating: 3.43 (as of September 11, 2024) ○2-minute walk from Otemachi Station ○Budget: ¥2,000 per person ○Address: 1-4-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Marunouchi Eiga Building B1F ○Business Hours: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM / 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM ※Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays ※Credit cards and QR payments accepted ※Non-smoking △--------------------------△ 【Reservations】 Dinner reservations only 【Recommended Usage】 With colleagues, friends, or solo 【Crowds】 90% full at 12:40 PM on Wednesday. **Eiraku Building** Located on the first basement floor of the Marunouchi Eiraku Building, directly connected to Otemachi Station, it's part of the iiyo!! food court. On weekdays, every restaurant here has a queue, but I decided to join the shorter line at this one. For lunch, you can choose from pizza, pasta, or a special, with two options for each. I went for the pizza and was able to get a half-and-half, which was great. It also comes with a salad, which was generously portioned. Nice!
Being a street-level shop in the underground mall, it has an open and airy feel. While seating is limited, groups can comfortably enjoy themselves at the long table on the top floor. The dishes are all visually appealing with plenty of vegetables and delicious. The drink selection is extensive.
I ordered a pizza. It was a typical Italian restaurant. It's nice that they have a drink bar! You can take hot coffee to go in a cup.
This Italian restaurant is located in the underground shopping mall of Marunouchi. The portions are on the smaller side. The pizzas and pastas are large enough for about three people each. The pizza was delicious. The seating capacity is not that large, so it's a good place for gatherings of up to six people. They also offer an all-you-can-drink option.
