The entrance directly connected to Otemachi Station is on the B1 floor. It's a great place for a night out with friends, and if there's space, you can also enjoy a quiet drink at the counter. Visited around 8:30 PM on June 28, 2024. Went there for a drinking party with friends. **Getting There:** - Located on the B1 floor of the Eiraku Building. The biggest advantage is that it's directly connected to Otemachi Station. It was raining heavily that day, but we were able to get there from the station without getting wet. - If you're coming from the station, head towards B1. Google Maps might direct you to a slightly different location. **Course Menu:** - The dishes offered may vary depending on the season, but there are many dishes that don't seem to be affected by the season. - Oden is probably available year-round. And it's delicious. It's a rich chicken broth. - And the oden ingredients are all quite large. They're very satisfying to eat. The size itself is enough to spark conversation.

This is a chicken dashi oden restaurant located in the "iiyo!!" (イーヨ!!) dining area of Marunouchi Eiraku Building. For lunch, I had the charcoal-grilled chicken hamburger and spice-flavored chicken karaage (¥1,250). There was a ¥100 discount for cash payment. The chicken hamburger was fluffy and delicious. The prices listed on the restaurant's official website and Google Maps are different from the actual prices, so I hope they can be corrected.

This izakaya, located in the B1 floor of the Marunouchi Eiga Building, is directly connected to Otemachi Station. I walked from Tokyo Station myself, and it's definitely within walking distance. The restaurant is located in a food court area, so there are no private rooms and it has a food court-like atmosphere. The oden is served on a charcoal fire to keep it warm, which is fantastic. It's great that you can eat it warm even after some time has passed. The oden eggs are served separately, half-boiled. I thought it was only available as individual items, but they also offer oden platters. They have a wide variety of sake. The price is a bit high considering the location, but I was personally satisfied. All the restaurants near Tokyo Station were crowded and I couldn't get a seat, so I was grateful to be able to secure a table and enjoy some delicious sake.

Enjoy the comforting taste of chicken broth oden at iiyo! It's a perfect place to warm up with hot oden on a chilly day. **What I ate:** - Oden - Daikon radish ¥380 - Chikuwa (fish cake) ¥320 - Hanpen (fish paste cake) ¥360 - Sakuraebi tempura (shrimp tempura) ¥390 - Kyo yuba (tofu skin) ¥390 - Tsukune (chicken meatballs) ¥380 - Charcoal-grilled bone-in chicken thigh ¥1,230 - I stopped by for a second round of drinks. - They require one drink and one food item per person, which I agreed to. However, they mentioned at the time of ordering that oden counts as 0.5 food items. I was trying to keep costs down, so I wish they had mentioned that beforehand. - You can order oden with 1-2 items. - The oden container is placed on top of the charcoal grill, so you can enjoy it piping hot for a while. - The tsukune is served in a different style, in a teapot-like container. It took about 30 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. **What I drank:** - Ginger highball - Oolong highball **The restaurant:** - I visited with a few friends on a Thursday at 9 pm. There was no wait to get in. - There are counter seats and table seats. - If you love oden, you should definitely check it out! **Suitable for:** - Solo drinking … ○ - Group drinking … ○ - Dating … △ - Girls' night out … △ -------------------- *Please note that the information provided is accurate as of the date of visit and posting. The rice wasn't freshly cooked, which was disappointing for an oden restaurant. The hamburger and chicken cutlet were okay. Maybe a ponzu sauce with grated daikon radish would have been better for the chicken. The best part was the shredded cabbage, followed by the katsu sauce. The oden soup was chicken-based, which I found a bit too strong for my taste.
