After a meal, I visited Takano's Fruit Parlor for the first time in a while! You take the escalator down to the second basement level, then go up to the fifth floor in the elevator to reach the fruit parlor. The interior is very spacious! They have parfaits made with fresh seasonal fruits. This time of year, they have mango, strawberry, peach, cherry, and melon. They have plenty of fruit! I ordered the fruit parfait, the fruit salad with ice cream, and the cream anmitsu. They were all classic and delicious!
The fruit was delicious, but there was a long line to get it, which was a waste of time. The unlimited soft drinks were only coffee and tea, so I wished they had juice as well.
This was my first time visiting, and the food was absolutely delicious! I sat at the counter in the basement this time. Even though it was a weekday afternoon, there were three groups ahead of me, and I waited about 20 minutes. I've been wanting to try a parfait, but I haven't had one in a while because I don't want something too big. The parfait at this counter was just the right size, not too big and not too small. The cream wasn't too sweet, but it had a rich flavor that really brought out the fruit. It was perfectly balanced and delicious. My friend who came with me was also very happy. All the seats are at the counter, and you can see everyone waiting, so it's not really a place to relax and have tea. But the staff is friendly, and it's a great place to quickly enjoy a delicious parfait. I highly recommend it! Now that I know the size, I'll definitely be back.
I visited for the first time. Since I had a reservation, I was guided in on time. This time, I had the afternoon tea set with a 120-minute all-you-can-eat cut fruit course for 5,500 yen. When you order at the counter, they cut the fruit in front of you. You can order up to four types at a time. In June, there was a tropical fruit event, but it seems to change every month. All the fruits were very delicious. The downside is that the ordering line gets congested and takes time, so you can't relax at your seat. It's good value for money because you can eat your fill, but I wouldn't recommend it for those who want to relax. Thank you. It was a delicious meal 😋
I had the "Prin a la Mode." The pudding was rich and had a subtle vanilla aroma, with plenty of caramel sauce. It was also served with vanilla ice cream, making it feel luxurious. It came with passion fruit, Kyoho grapes, melon, watermelon, orange, pineapple, banana, grapefruit, kiwi, and whipped cream.
