This is an incredible deal! Delicious paella at this price, plus a salad, dessert, and drink? It's hard to beat! Since paella takes time to prepare, they recommend ordering one paella per table when dining with a group. I had the C set for ¥2,145 and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating and a lively atmosphere. The tables are close together, but it didn't bother me at all. There are also large tables outside. The staff was very kind and I had a wonderful lunch. The station is directly connected, so you can get there without worrying about the rain. Thank you for the delicious meal! ♡

I'm gradually exploring the restaurants in Marunouchi. There are many Italian, French, and Japanese restaurants, but I feel like Spanish cuisine is rare! So today, I decided to try paella for the first time. It's located on the first floor of Marunouchi Terrace and has a relatively spacious interior. The paella lunch costs over ¥2,000, but it's Marunouchi and it's paella, so it's understandable. Moreover, it comes with salad, dessert, and a drink, so I think it's a good deal. Well, this paella is delicious! I can't remember the last time I had paella, but I was surprised by how flavorful it was. The chicken on top was a mix of drumsticks and thighs, and it was juicy and delicious. As expected of one of the world's three great rice dishes, paella is addictive. ▽--------------------------▽ ○Restaurant Name: Bar Portijo de Espana ○Tabelog Rating: 3.47 (as of September 25, 2024) ○2-minute walk from Otemachi Station ○Budget: ¥3,000 per person ○Address: 1-3-4 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Marunouchi Terrace 1F ○Business Hours: [Mon-Fri] 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM / 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM [Sat-Sun & Holidays] 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM / 4:30 PM - 9:45 PM ※Closed: Irregular ※Credit cards accepted △--------------------------△ 【Reservation】 Possible 【Recommended Usage】 Couples, colleagues, friends 【Crowdedness】 Visited at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, 70% full. I recently found a new lunch recommendation! The paella is delicious, but it takes a while to prepare, so it's perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy their meal. **① Early Lunch Recommended** I arrived around 11:50 and got a seat at the counter. All the regular tables were full, and only about six counter seats and a few high tables with chairs were left. The turnover rate seems slow, so I recommend coming for an early lunch and going with a small group of 1-2 people. **② Paella** Most people were eating paella. I chose the mixed paella, which costs ¥2,255 (tax included) for the set. You can choose your drink and dessert, but I didn't think much and chose a hot cafe latte, which added ¥100. (It's written on the menu.) It comes with a salad, and the paella is quite filling. The pudding also had a slightly bitter caramel sauce, which I liked, so I thought the price was acceptable for Marunouchi. The mixed paella had two large pieces of chicken with crispy skin and two whole, deep-fried prawns. It might look plain, but the chicken and prawns were delicious, and the rice was full of flavor, with a crispy edge from the pan – a truly authentic paella. My friend chose the "Pork Spare Ribs and Seasonal Vegetables Paella." This one looked better visually. **③ For Those Who Want to Relax** I chose this restaurant because I wanted to chat with my colleague. I was very satisfied, but the service is incredibly slow, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who are pressed for time. By the way, I arrived at 11:50 and the paella came out at 12:15. We ate the salad and chatted in the meantime. It's a street-level restaurant, but it's located on a side street, not a main road, so the scenery and atmosphere are calm and pleasant. Thank you for the authentic paella!

I dined here with a friend who was stationed in Spain. It's quite difficult to find truly delicious prosciutto, but the prosciutto at this restaurant is exceptional. It's even better when served on a baguette with their delicious tomato sauce. Personally, I was most impressed by the simple dish of shishito peppers fried in olive oil and seasoned with salt. I usually don't like shishito peppers, but these were surprisingly delicious. The paella was also as good as everyone says, and we finished a whole bottle of wine and still wanted more, so we ordered another glass. Considering the location in Marunouchi Terrace, the quality of the food and service, I think this restaurant is very reasonably priced. It was packed even on a weekday, so I recommend making a reservation.

I enjoyed a short course on Saturday. Everything was delicious and satisfying! I especially loved the eggplant fritters. The meat dishes were quite large, so I was worried about whether I could finish the paella, but it was so delicious that I managed to eat it all. 🥘 The pudding dessert was also delicious! You can choose the type of paella, but the one I chose happened to be an extra charge. It seems there are options with additional fees, but it wasn't clear on the menu. You can also order à la carte, so you can enjoy various dishes at your own pace.
