I discovered this place a few years ago and have been a regular visitor ever since. The food is simply amazing, especially the brown rice and vegetables! You can really feel the passion and care that goes into every dish. I would be so happy if I could eat food like this every day. The clientele is mostly women who are very health-conscious, which makes up about 90% of the customers, haha. They raised their prices a few months ago, and I was surprised by the increase. However, they're always packed, so I guess the price is justified considering how much they attract adult women.
Otemachi's Healthy Lunch ① Limited Lunch Options There's basically only one lunch option: the daily set meal (¥1,595). If you're picky, it might be difficult. (There's also a keyma curry option, but most people choose the set meal.) However, it's packed with vegetables and quite filling, yet healthy, so I crave it occasionally. I always order "less rice." ② High Female Ratio, Easy for Solo Diners While there are some men, the majority are women. The seating isn't very spacious, so it's not a place to relax. If you arrive before 12:00, you can usually get a table without waiting. During lunchtime, there's often a line, so it's recommended to go at an off-peak time. ③ Variety of Merchandise The enzyme dressings are colorful and cute. However, they're heavy glass bottles and need refrigeration, making them best for bringing to someone's house as a gift. If available, I also recommend the soy milk pudding with kinako (roasted soybean flour) and black honey. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the mood for something healthy ♡
The restaurant is conveniently located directly connected to the subway station. I had the daily lunch special. I thought it was a healthy and filling set with carefully selected ingredients. I visited around 11:30 am, and the restaurant was more than half full. It seems to get crowded at lunchtime with office workers from the surrounding area. The price is about 1,600 yen, which is a bit expensive for daily use. Also, the service was not very good for the price... I think it would be good for health-conscious women. If they reduced the number of dishes a bit and priced it around 1,000 yen, I would definitely visit more often.
Tucked away in the basement of a building in the heart of the bustling city, this restaurant offers a lunch menu that is both kind to the heart and the body, with each dish meticulously crafted using carefully selected ingredients. Despite arriving just after 12 pm on a weekday, the restaurant wasn't packed, and I was able to find a seat right away. The food arrived promptly, and the freshly prepared dishes were truly delicious. The daily lunch special featured brown rice with sesame salt and a light, flavorful chicken sukiyaki. The restaurant's commitment to quality extends to their seasonings, and the flavors were best enjoyed by savoring each bite. The restroom was conveniently located just outside the restaurant in the building's common area. I will definitely be returning for another meal! Thank you for the delicious food.
I visited before 7 PM on a weekday. It was very crowded. I noticed a lot of women dining alone. The soy milk parfait was around ¥1000. The soy milk pudding, which they also sell, was delicious. It seems healthy, but I wonder about that. I was also interested in the seasonal parfait. The staff was busy despite their numbers.
