BOUL'ANGE Kinishicho Store Located on the 1st floor of TERMINA2, just a 0-minute walk from Kinishicho Station North Exit, is BOUL'ANGE. The bright and charming store offers a variety of breads, including: * **Raspberry Croissant:** Featured in the media, this croissant boasts a vibrant raspberry hue. Its crispy exterior gives way to a chewy interior, with a delightful contrast of flavors from the white chocolate filling and the tartness of the raspberries. * **Rosemary Focaccia (Half):** Toasting for 2-3 minutes brings out the irresistible aroma of rosemary and wheat. A sprinkle of salt enhances the soft, chewy texture that lingers on the palate. From dessert breads to everyday loaves, BOUL'ANGE caters to a wide range of bread preferences. Their popular croissant series makes a delightful gift for any occasion.

This bakery is located right outside the north exit of JR Kinshicho Station, immediately to the left. They also have branches in Shinjuku and Nihonbashi. I think it's been about two years since they opened in Kinshicho, but I might be wrong. The space is relatively small, but it's often bustling. They seem to have a lot of sweet breads. The croissants are quite eye-catching, with both plain and chocolate-covered options displayed prominently. They also have pain au chocolat almond, an-butter, milk French bread, round donuts, and other delicious-looking sweet breads. There's also a refrigerated section with small, but tempting, cornet-like pastries. I had a baguette on this visit. They sell both baguettes and batards. The batard was fluffy on the inside, with a pleasant acidity and a nice toasty flavor. It's super convenient for me since it's right by my station. I'll definitely try the cornet-like pastries and croissants next time.

Wait, is this in Nihonbashi...? I thought it was in Kinshicho? Apparently it opened at the end of 2022! The colorful, swirl-shaped croissants really stand out in the display case! It makes Kinshicho seem so stylish, lol. It's right outside the ticket gate! It's small and gets pretty crowded, but that's a good thing ♡ ○ What I bought ○ ⚪︎ Viennoise with milk cream ¥250 ⚪︎ Canelé ¥270 The Viennoise has a moist texture, packed with flour. It's lightly sweet, and the milk cream tastes like vanilla ice cream with vanilla beans. It's so easy to eat in one go... but I managed to resist! You can't start eating bread without a warm drink, otherwise you'll just keep eating forever. It's a terrifying food. Delicious bakeries really boost a girl's mood and weight, lol. I used my secret calorie-halving technique! (Meaning I gave half to my son.) Canelé! I love canelé! I always end up buying them, lol. It's a small portion. The crunchiness was pretty good, but I like it like this. The inside is on the wetter side. The alcohol flavor is strong and smooth, I really love this flavor. I want to buy it again. I gave up on the an-butter because of the calories, so I'll get it next time ♡ Ah, the temptations in Kinshicho are increasing, and I'm happy about it! Lol.

I visited this place specifically for their croissants. I vaguely remember there being an Aoyama Flower Market here before. They don't have a huge variety of breads, but the croissants are popular. I bought a croissant and an Iberico pork bacon epi. The croissant came with instructions for reheating at home. I love how croissants have different flavors depending on the bakery, it's always fun to try them. This one was crispy and fluffy, absolutely delicious.

I visited "BOUL'ANGE Kinshicho", a bakery directly connected to Kinshicho Station, located on the 1st floor of Kinshicho TELMINA2. Arriving around 6 PM on a Saturday, there were many people in front of the store. I was able to check out within 5 minutes. I purchased a Butter Chicken Curry Bread for 335 yen. The Butter Chicken Curry Bread is made with a soft, chewy bread dough that encases homemade butter chicken curry and is baked to perfection. As advertised, the rich butter chicken curry and soft bread dough complement each other perfectly, making for a delicious treat. I enjoyed it until the very last bite.
