I was so impressed! The sweetness is mild, simple, and free of any off-flavors. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. It's also additive-free, which is great. I absolutely love it! Before I knew it, I had eaten almost half of it by myself. My body knows what it wants. It's a bit pricey, so I can't buy it often, but I will definitely be ordering it again.

There were two people waiting in line at the register, and more customers kept coming in. Since there's only one register, it could take a while if you're behind someone arranging delivery. The line grew quickly. 【What I bought】 Margarethenkuchen ¥2376 I got this, the signature item of this shop! It's so cute ( *´ω｀*) and delicious. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It looked like it might be dry, but it was actually moist. The sweetness was just right. However, it's honestly too expensive for me to buy for myself ( ･_･;) The shelf life is about two weeks, and it looks beautiful, so it would be perfect as a gift. Anyone would be thrilled to receive it! Thank you for the delicious treat.
I've tried many baumkuchen, but this one is my absolute favorite. It's not soft, but has a firm texture with a subtle sweetness. It's also delicious chilled. While it's a bit pricey for a souvenir, the cute packaging makes it a popular choice. The chocolate-covered baumkuchen is also subtly sweet and disappears quickly, almost like a hamburger. Baumkuchen baked fresh in-store are best enjoyed on the day of purchase.
I absolutely adore Kakao Schtuube. The appearance, size, taste, and price are all perfect. I think it's the best choice for a small gift. The Baumkuchen is also delicious, but I highly recommend trying the Kakao Schtuube.
I arrived in the afternoon on a weekday. It wasn't crowded and I was able to shop smoothly. I bought a baumkuchen that was cut in-store, the smallest size with a short expiration date. The sweetness and softness were exceptional, it was moist and very delicious. I always want to buy it when I go to Shinjuku Isetan. Of course, I will definitely visit again.
