I visited with friends for a weekday lunch. The direct access from the subway is convenient. We had a 90-minute course starting at 1.30 pm, which included a welcome drink, making it a great deal. The location is bright and pleasant, with a glass-walled space overlooking the Imperial Palace moat. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. However, the service was a bit off. We were asked if we wanted a dessert set, but declined as we had only 90 minutes and wouldn't have time to enjoy it. However, less than 30 minutes after entering, we were asked again if we wanted dessert, as the order deadline was approaching. We were also asked about drinks. I felt like they wanted us to spend more, as we had chosen the cheapest course. If that's the case, they should remove the time limit. I mentioned this to the staff, explaining that we only had 90 minutes and would get dessert elsewhere. They looked surprised. I don't think they were malicious, but they should try to understand the customer's perspective and the course content. The great atmosphere was ruined. I was also interested in Plaiga on the second floor, and this visit was more like a location scouting trip. But if the service is similar, I might reconsider.

This restaurant boasts a fantastic location overlooking the Wadakura Pond, offering delicious food at a great value. The menu is creatively structured, allowing you to order any combination of appetizers, pasta, main courses, and desserts, regardless of category. For example, you could have two main courses and two desserts, or three appetizers and one main course. I opted for a four-course meal with two appetizers, pasta, and a main course. The menu features a wide variety of meat, fish, and vegetable dishes, making it hard to choose. However, every dish was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The service was also excellent. This might be the best value for money among restaurants with a view of the moat. (There are also terrace seats.) While Otemachi is the closest station, I enjoyed a stroll along the moat and picked up some dessert in Yurakucho on my way home. It was a delightful dining experience. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I dined there. The menu was interesting, offering a selection of set courses, which might be good for picky eaters or those with strong preferences. While the food was delicious, all the dishes I chose were rich and fatty, featuring cheese and meat. It seems that choosing a set course without professional guidance can be tricky. A balance of lighter options would be necessary. The burrata cheese served as an appetizer came with pineapple and mango. The pineapple was incredibly sweet and smooth, the best I've ever tasted. Regarding service, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. The staff were wearing suits, so it might have been comfortable for them, but I was surprised by the chill, even though I'm not particularly sensitive to cold. My table was right next to the kitchen, and the constant movement of the staff was distracting and made it difficult to relax. There are only two seats facing the kitchen, so it's better to go with a group of three or more. The restaurant is also quite far from the moat, which is known for its beautiful views. The scenery was not visible at all. (This is understandable.) The food also took a while to arrive. There was a 30-minute gap between the first and second courses. The waiting time for the other dishes was appropriate. I interacted with two staff members. One was excellent, while the other gave off a slightly intimidating vibe. It was great that they allowed me to be seated early, even though I arrived before my reservation time. They also offered to show me the location of the restroom and to take my umbrella when I left, demonstrating their attentiveness despite the proximity to the kitchen. The clientele at the time was mostly female. The tables were not cramped, but they weren't spacious either, so conversations at nearby tables were easily audible if people were loud. The four-course meal with drinks cost around ¥10,000 per person. While the food was delicious, the difficulty in choosing dishes for someone without professional knowledge and the other service aspects make me hesitant to return. The temperature of the restaurant was the most disappointing factor.

This restaurant is excellent in every way: location in Marunouchi, atmosphere, service, and taste. The terrace is especially delightful.

Located next to the Palace Hotel, this restaurant offers a terrace seating area similar to Grand Kitchen, although with fewer seats. The atmosphere inside becomes sophisticated at night, making it perfect for couples to have a conversation (laughs). The food, while not surprising with unexpected ingredients, is well-balanced and delicious. This aspect also makes it suitable for couples (laughs). The clientele is diverse, with a majority of couples. There are also families, foreign visitors, and those who come with companions for a celebratory drink.
