Yakiniku Reimen Yutchan. Roppongi This restaurant, which also has a location in Hawaii, is an interesting place with Hawaiian music playing in the background despite being a yakiniku restaurant. A friend took me here, and apparently, models and celebrities also frequent this place. The restaurant has semi-private rooms, which provide a private space, making it suitable for dates. The fat content of the tongue here is extraordinary and very juicy. The cold noodles themselves are delicious, and even though I was full, I could easily slurp them down. There were many other dishes I was interested in, but I was already full, so I will visit again.
I went for lunch and ordered the Yuchan Yakiniku Lunch (120g, salt). I love cold noodles, so I was looking forward to trying their highly-rated ones, but personally, they were just "okay." The salt option comes with a salt-lemon sauce, and I was happy that the assortment included beef tongue today. However, there were a few things that bothered me about the service. For example, they didn't refill my water even when it was empty, and they were preparing for dinner with loud clatter, which was a bit disappointing. I won't be visiting again.

This establishment has been selected as a Hyakumeiten (100 Best Restaurants) twice. I visited on a weekday at opening time, and there were a few groups already there, mostly with prior reservations! I didn't have a reservation, but I was able to get in without waiting. [Ordered Menu] * Yuchun BBQ Lunch (2800 yen) * Today's Banchan (side dishes) * Salad * Soup * Rice * Assorted BBQ (salt or sauce) * Kuzu Cold Noodles or Kuzu Bibim Noodles or Warm Noodles I'd been wanting to try the [Kuzu Cold Noodles] for a long time. The cold noodles, with their soup frozen into a slushy consistency, are refreshingly cold. The combination of the crisp, icy soup and the chewy, healthy kuzu noodles, a Korean cold noodle made from kudzu, is addictive. [Assorted BBQ] The chef, Fumihiko Furiya, who trained at the famous "Yakiniku Shimizu," carefully selects fresh offal and Wagyu beef directly from Shibaura. The quality of the meat is excellent and delicious! It was a great meal.
The cold noodles here are truly delicious. I can confidently say they were the best cold noodles I've ever had. The sherbet-like soup and the unique noodles were amazing. I didn't expect them to be this good. Oh, and the meat is incredibly delicious too. The liver and misuji are gold medal winners. The meal cost 33,000 yen for two people.
