I was honestly surprised by how delicious it was! At this ramen shop, "Taketora," many people, including those from hostess clubs and bars, stop by for a late-night ramen after their work. It's usually crowded, but when I went around 2 AM, it was empty, so I stopped in. I recommend it because you can enjoy various types of ramen, from light to rich. It was my first time there, and I was really surprised by the variety. I had imagined it would have a rich soup and thick noodles, haha. Also, I was a bit surprised that they have a wide selection of izakaya-style fried foods and side dishes. I think it's rare for a ramen shop to have more than just ramen. I had the light soy sauce ramen, and it was incredibly refreshing, perfect after drinking. The meat was also tender and delicious. It's one of the ramen shops I want to visit again.
This is the place to go for ramen in Roppongi. Located right in the middle of the main street, it's a popular spot for people to end their night after drinking until late. The atmosphere is generally chaotic, as many customers are drunk. The ramen has a rich, but not overly heavy, broth that's perfect after a night of drinking. They have a wide variety of menu items, including many snacks, so it can also be used as a regular drinking establishment.
I visited during lunchtime! It's been a while since I've been here. I think the last time was in Shinjuku? The taste is as great as ever! Maybe because it was so busy, it took 30 minutes to be seated and 20 minutes for the food to arrive, so it took 50 minutes to eat... I ordered the Tiger-Tared Miso Ramen ^_^
First visit. I had the newly released salt kombu tsukemen. The noodles were chewy and delicious, but the dipping soup was a bit salty. The lights on the ceiling were too bright, making it difficult to take photos because of the shadows. The service was poor. They didn't bring water, and I had to wait a long time to pay.
