Orders can be placed at the terminal located at the entrance along the main street. The first screen is a bit confusing, but you can pick up the call terminal in front of the monitor, enter your number, and then select your menu and order. Take the call terminal and wait at your seat. When your number is called, go to the kitchen to pick up your order. Ketchup and paper napkins are available next to the pick-up counter, so you can take what you need. The portions are quite large and satisfying. I visited around 12:30 PM on a weekday, and there were plenty of seats available. The wait time for the food was about 7 minutes. Budget is around ¥1800-2500. The customer base seemed to be about 30% tourists, 20-30% general customers, and 40-50% using it for lunch. I rushed in on a scorching day. It looked like there was space for a late Saturday lunch, but the restaurant was, as expected, full. I got a seat just as one opened up. It had been a while since my last visit, but they had both staffed registers and self-order kiosks, which made things smooth. I sat at a table near the entrance, and it was tough to cool down during the busy time, but it finally became comfortable once the flow of people calmed down. My elementary school-aged child loves the fried items; they have a snack-like quality that you can't find at other burger chains, and it's addictive. I also appreciate that you can add extra ingredients to the burgers. I added extra of everything except the cheese to the basic burger. The staff is energetic, and the lively atmosphere of the restaurant is great. I'll keep in mind that they serve beer too.

It's been a while since I last visited, but the food was consistently delicious. I ordered the limited-time mushroom burger, and the juicy meat combined with the refreshing mushrooms created an amazing flavor! The fries were also delicious, and I ate them all up.
