It was incredibly refined and high-end Cantonese cuisine. I was brought here for a dinner party. The restaurant is located in the basement of the station hotel and has a calm atmosphere. The cuisine is healthy Chinese food that uses a lot of vegetables. The presentation is beautiful, and the food is delicious. I think it would be very well-received by women and older people alike. Thank you for bringing me to such a wonderful restaurant.
I don't understand the negative reviews; the service and food were perfect! The female staff, in particular, were all very attentive, and their thoughtfulness made for a wonderful time with my girlfriend.
The corn bavarois was sweet and delicious. The artistic appetizer was a pleasant surprise. The hot shark fin soup with winter melon was also delicious. The other dishes, especially the vegetables, were excellent, but the meat wasn't that great, to be honest. The noodles at the end weren't very tasty. Overall, I felt the dishes were a bit salty. The plump mango pudding was a satisfying end to the meal. I always thought Cantonese cuisine was soy sauce-based, but this was a nice change!
