This restaurant in Roppongi serves game dishes. Every dish was delicious and incredibly impressive. This time, I had dishes featuring young wild boar, mallard duck, pheasant, and Ezo deer, each prepared as a cold appetizer, a warm appetizer, and a main course. I'm usually wary of game meat because of the potential for a strong smell, but every dish was completely free of any unpleasant odors and was truly delicious. Also, the wine selection perfectly complemented each dish, which was wonderful. A stylish and delicious restaurant tucked away in a quiet location. I will definitely visit again.
The owner-chef couple are hunters, so you can enjoy game dishes they've hunted themselves. From appetizers to the main course, everything features the day's recommended game, so it's best to go with someone who enjoys all kinds of meat. They sometimes serve bear meat. The wine list is also extensive, with a focus on red wines to pair with the meat.

Enjoying wild game hunted by the chef himself, this restaurant offers a unique take on French cuisine using domestic game. The dishes are characterized by the effective combination of wild game with mushrooms and mountain vegetables, also harvested during the hunt. Located in a hidden alley in Roppongi, the restaurant has a secluded atmosphere. The dimly lit interior creates a distinctive ambiance.
The chefs themselves go hunting to procure duck, deer, bear, and wild boar. The concept is great, and the French cuisine is also superb.
