This restaurant offers creative Chinese cuisine in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, with a casual feel. It's more refined than your typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant, and the dishes are presented with a touch of sophistication. Every dish feels a step above the ordinary, and everything tastes delicious. Despite the high quality, the prices are reasonable, which I think women will especially appreciate. Personally, I love the interior design. The calm, minimalist yet warm space allows for a leisurely dining experience. I went to "Kishurin Aoyama" in Omotesando, seeking tantanmen. It's a well-regarded restaurant that I'd been wanting to try. I love spicy food, even though it sometimes upsets my stomach. Located a minute or two walk from Omotesando, the entrance is on the second floor, tucked away from the main street. The interior was clean and had a nice atmosphere, which I couldn't tell from the building's exterior. I ordered the tantanmen, which I was looking forward to. I ordered it with a mix of anticipation and worry (wondering if my stomach would be okay, haha). When I ate it, the spiciness was mild! The mildness of the nuts went perfectly with the not-too-spicy soup. This was a great choice. If you're looking for intense spiciness, you might be a little disappointed, but it's perfect for those who want a moderate level of spice and a mild flavor. I definitely want to go again!!
This is, of course, a popular restaurant. I've given up three times because there's always a line and I don't have time (I often go there for work)...! The tantanmen had a deep, complex flavor. It was very delicious!

The dan dan noodles are delicious. They're delicious as expected. I had lunch with a friend. We lined up around 11:30 on a weekday. I think the turnover is pretty quick. It was my friend's first time here, and they ordered the dan dan noodles. Everything else looked delicious too, and I wanted to try something different, but I went with my usual dan dan noodles. This time, I got the special pork chop dan dan noodles. They serve the pork chop separately from the noodles, which is great. It was delicious even on its own. We also ordered the weekly special fried rice lunch and shared it. The dan dan noodles are always delicious, and I never get tired of them. The fried rice was also delicious, with the rice grains perfectly separated. Both dishes were quite filling, but they were so good that I finished everything. Thank you for the meal.
