Located on the B1 floor of the station. No eat-in, takeout only. Cash, card, and barcode payments are all accepted. Their walnut bread is the best I've ever had, better than any other bakery I've tried. It's packed with walnuts and almonds, no holding back, a true delight for nut lovers. And then there's the babka. A slightly hard bread, not as hard as French bread, with chocolate cubes kneaded in. It's also loaded with chocolate, a true chocolate bread. In fact, I wouldn't call it a chocolate bread unless it had this much chocolate. Chocolate lovers, you have to try it! They also have interesting items like a dashi bread, a unique offering. I always buy the two mentioned above. If you're looking for a specific item, ask the staff, they might have it in stock. They're usually busy, so try to catch them when they're not too rushed. They're a one-person operation, so be mindful of when you approach them. And a big thank you to the staff member who gave me a boost of energy when my child was crying. All the staff are wonderful, but this one really stood out.
All the breads are made with rice flour, giving them a chewy texture that is delicious. The bakery is located in the basement of the station building, making it very convenient. I highly recommend it, even to those who are not allergic to wheat.
The curry bread is apparently the most popular, but I don't think the oil drainage is very good. The latest curry bread has a lot of filling and the taste is good, so I'm satisfied. The an-butter bread is in the refrigerator. The two types of cream bread have a lot of filling, with more custard cream than whipped cream.
I often buy the famous "An-Butter" (red bean paste and butter) and the New York Babka. The "An-Butter" is delicious when warmed until the butter melts. The New York Babka is advertised as "packed with chocolate", but it's even more densely packed than I imagined.
A bakery located on the B1 floor of the "Termina" station building, just a one-minute walk from Kinshicho Station. They seem to pride themselves on using rose yeast, and the "R" in their name likely refers to it. However, it's unclear if all the bread sold in the store is made with rose yeast. While there's no explanation, I suspect it's not. I tried their "Rumored An Butter" and "New York Babka," which seemed to be their featured items. While not bad, they unfortunately lacked a special quality.
