"This is a vegan restaurant. I had it before boarding. I thought there was too much rice for the ingredients, but the flavor was strong and the rice disappeared quickly (laughs). There was also pho, but I went with the dumplings. They were delicious. The orange soda was organic!"

"Narita Airport Terminal 2, 4th Floor A Kansai-style udon and soba restaurant located in the Kanto region. I arrived at Narita Airport 2.5 hours late due to a delay. My stomach was rumbling, so I had a late lunch at 3:30 PM. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with white wood. Orders are placed using a touch panel at the counter. I ordered a small katsu-don and chose udon over soba. The udon noodles were thin and had a good texture, with a nice springiness. The broth was well-balanced in the Kansai style, and I appreciated the condiments like grated radish and Japanese mint. The presentation of the udon, including the garnishes, was visually appealing. The katsu-don was also delicious. It was nice to have a taste of Japan at the airport. I'm sure I'll visit again.
