"August 15th (Thursday), around 2 PM I waited about 30 minutes to be seated inside. The space was so pleasant that it wasn't a hardship. I ordered the 'Ice Gobo Bin' (a type of Japanese dessert). It was quite large, but I didn't get bored and finished it all. The price for a single item is under ¥2,000 before tax. A set with matcha or hojicha tea is around ¥2,500. You can order a drink at the set price even after you finish your meal. The set comes with a beautiful cherry blossom tea with actual cherry blossoms inside (I forgot to take a picture). *Photography is not allowed inside, but food and drinks are OK. It's a shame because the interior is also very beautiful. I saw some people raving about the 'nerikiri' (a type of Japanese confectionery), so I'd like to try the matcha and sweets set next time."

"This is what Edomae sushi is all about. While many new sushi restaurants have popped up recently, this one has been serving this style for over 10 years. There are no truffles or caviar, no Instagram-worthy dishes. The chef meticulously sources the highest quality ingredients, traveling all over Japan to find them. Just listening to him talk about the ingredients is enough to make you hungry. And then there's the vinegar rice, a traditional recipe passed down from the chef's own master. This vinegar rice is a perfect match for the tuna. And the tuna... it was simply incredible. I haven't had tuna this good in a long time. They also serve seasonal uni and other delicacies, so you can enjoy the best of what's in season. I usually don't see scallops served at high-end sushi restaurants, but theirs was delicious. I want to come here four times a year to experience the changing seasons. The chef and his wife run the restaurant, serving only one group of customers at a time. The atmosphere is lovely. It's refreshing to find a sushi restaurant with this kind of intimate setting, as they're becoming increasingly rare. The uni and Nara-zuke (pickled daikon radish) was a first for me, but it was absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe how delicious the Nara-zuke was. And then, to finish, they serve a miso soup made with all the fish used that day. I don't know if it's the chef's skillful broth-making or the incredible quality of the fish, but it was simply divine. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to again and again. Thank you for the delicious meal."

"The entrance to the Ginza Line exit of Ginza Station is right in front of you as you exit the ticket gate near the basement entrance of Mitsukoshi. All three beers are ¥550! Please note that you can only drink two beers per visit! The glasses are rinsed and chilled to the same temperature as the beer before pouring! This is the best way to ensure a good head when pouring ✨ First (I didn't drink this one this time) It's poured in one go, so the head is a little rough and the carbonation is slightly less, making it easy to drink. ◇ Perfect Black Label This is the typical pouring method, but the foam comes out from the side of the server, so it doesn't hit the surface of the liquid. This allows you to enjoy the foam itself and the liquid remains fresh and flavorful with no loss of carbonation. This is the perfect beer that our store is proud of ⭐ It's truly amazing!! 😂 The bitterness is strong and the aftertaste is refreshing! This is a different level from the average izakaya! ◇ Hybrid This uses both modern and old-fashioned servers (swing caran)! The liquid is poured using the modern server, and the foam is poured using the old-fashioned server, creating a foam that is somewhere between foam and liquid. The taste is definitely different from the Perfect foam! ◆ Smoked Platter ¥580 Duck: The duck is ordinary 😂 Potato Salad: It has a subtle smoky flavor, which is nice ♪ The seasoning is also just right, making it a good appetizer ✨ Scallops: The smoky flavor is great and you'll keep wanting more!! ◆ Ginza Sandwich ¥580 This is a minced meat cutlet sandwich supervised by Nanban Gin-en-tei? The seasoning is mild, the meat is substantial, and the sandwich is crispy, making it very good ✨ It's a little big to take a bite out of, though 😂 There's a My Glass Purchase Service on the 1st of every month! This is a good service for those who want to drink from a special numbered glass that's just for you ✨ Those who are used to drinking beer at izakayas might be surprised by the difference in taste and drinkability."
